These terms are an agreement between you and Sportinstinct, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. By opening, browsing or paying for any part of Sportinstinct, on the website or in the apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Sportinstinct publishes football predictions built on detailed statistical analysis: recent form, home and away records, the strength of the opponents each team has faced, head-to-head history and goal trends, processed by our own prediction models. Every tip is an educated, data-driven opinion. Sportinstinct is an information service. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept or place bets, and nothing we publish is financial or investment advice.
Football is unpredictable and no analysis can remove that risk. We do not guarantee that any tip, category or plan will win, reach a particular win rate or make you money. Win rates, streaks and records shown on Sportinstinct describe past results only and are not a promise of future performance. Odds shown with our tips are our own estimates and may differ from the odds offered by any bookmaker.
Every bet you place is your own decision, made with your own money and at your own risk. Sportinstinct is not responsible for any bet you place, any stake you lose or any winnings you expect, whether or not you followed our tips.
You must be 18 or over to use Sportinstinct, and you must also meet the legal betting age where you live, which is 21 in Pennsylvania and most other US states. Sports betting is not legal in every state or country. You are responsible for making sure that betting and the use of tipping services are legal where you are. We may close any account we believe belongs to someone under age.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done with your account. Accounts and VIP access are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
VIP access is bought for one category at a time, or as a day pass, for the period shown at checkout. Whether a plan is a one-time payment or renews automatically, and how to cancel a renewing plan, is shown at checkout before you pay. Purchases in the mobile apps are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew under their rules. Cancelling a renewal stops future charges and does not refund the current period. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects access you have already paid for. Payments are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
VIP tips are for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, republish or share them in groups, channels, websites or with other people, and you may not scrape, copy or automatically collect any part of the service. If we find that tips have been shared or resold, or that the service has been misused, we may suspend or close the account immediately and without a refund.
We may add, rename, merge or retire tip categories and features, and change how many tips are published in a category on any day. Some days a category may have few or no tips when our analysis finds no game that meets its standard. If a category you paid for is retired, your remaining access is moved to the closest available category.
We aim to keep Sportinstinct running at all times but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Fixtures, scores and statistics come from third-party data providers and may occasionally be late or wrong. We may correct a published result when the final score is confirmed.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sportinstinct is provided as is, and we are not liable for any betting losses, lost profits or indirect losses of any kind. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover any loss or cost we suffer because you broke these terms or misused the service.
Some links and banners on Sportinstinct are affiliate promotions. If you sign up with a partner we may earn a commission at no cost to you. Promotions are always labelled as sponsored, and your relationship with any partner is between you and them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
If you have a problem, contact us first and give us 30 days to resolve it informally. If we cannot, you and Sportinstinct agree that any dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or by video. Either side may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court. Claims may only be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action, and you waive any right to a jury trial. Any matter not subject to arbitration will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use Sportinstinct after an update means you accept the new terms.
